Preconstruction Services– Projects are made and broken based on the level of detail, investigation, and thought put into the project program or Basis of Design. Engineers design and Constructors build yet if you do not have both aligned and involved from the inception, the project will be doomed to fail.
SLCC works with the Architect and Engineers throughout the design process so that the end product matches the basis of design and the project budget. SLCC will create, monitor, and maintain project objectives and the overall pre-construction schedule. We utilize our expertise as a Design / Builder to do extensive constructability reviews throughout the process to ensure a potent set of documents. In line with that effort, we will clearly identify and drive milestone dates in which the owner will need to review and approve (RAP) the drawings prior to moving on to the next level. The overall goal is to ensure the program is clearly defined and documented and the end result is a project that is on time and within budget.
