 Matt brings over 25 years of experience in pre-construction, design, design/build, construction and project management in numerous market segments. The market segments serviced include Healthcare, Financial, Critical Facilities, and Education. For the last 20+ years he has been working on primarily Healthcare projects throughout all of Southern California.  Matt is a professional who uses his technical expertise, problem solving ability and leadership to help teams deliver successful projects. Matt has been managing construction projects and teams since 1996 and has completed nearly 15 million square feet of technical facilities with construction costs in excess of $2 billion.

Matt resides in Orange County for the last 20 years. Matt’s expertise in design assist and technical project oversight has proved extremely valuable to his clients and their ability to expand and grow their businesses while mitigating risk.

Andrew Lombardo, DBIA, CHC

 Andrew brings over 10 years of experience in design and construction project management, primarily managing complex OSHPD-1 projects in acute-care healthcare facilities.  Andrew started his career in the USAF and has carried forward the discipline and professional structure he developed in the military into his work, becoming a trusted leader and resource on every project he manages.

Andrew’s broad skillset ranges from developing and implementing solid logistics plans for use by trade contractors to maintain patient and staff safety during work in occupied facilities, to managing diverse A&E teams through complex design efforts while maintaining schedule milestones, to working with end users to develop and present project business cases to C-suite stakeholders.  Andrew’s vast experience completing projects with multiple authorities having jurisdiction while maintaining compliance with multiple levels of regulatory oversight applies to any design or construction sector.  Andrew uses clear, genuine communication to develop relationships with all team members to ensure any project team’s operational efficiency and effectiveness, every time.

Chantayne brings over 8 years of healthcare construction management experience to the SLCC team.  Chantayne has extensive experience in Outpatient Project Deliveries, with a deep understanding of jurisdictional compliance and landlord-tenant relationships that are critical in outpatient business ventures and development.  Chantayne has worked with Scion Health, United Health, the Irvine Company, and Hoag Hospital, among other notable clients during her career.

Wilfredo Celedon

Wilfredo Celedon, MBA, CMIT

 Wilfredo has an eclectic skillset and brings a vast array of knowledge and experience to the SLCC Team.  Starting out his career in low voltage system designs, Wilfredo worked as a Nurse Call System and Fire Alarm system designer, implementing some of the most critical life safety systems we encounter in healthcare facilities.  Wilfredo moved into Construction Management and has installed millions of dollars’ worth of radiology and medical equipment in some of Southern California’s state-of-the-art hospitals and medical facilities.  Will understands the criticality of solid up-front planning and design and the impact it has on the final outcome of a project.

Christiaan has over 6 years of Construction experience and has been recently working in 100% OSHPD 1 Acute Care Environments.  Christiaan excels at communication with clients and end-users, recently working through and coordinating very challenging medical gas and electrical cutovers and shutdowns.  Christiaan’s deep understanding of Construction Technology as well as his ability to speak the client’s language and understand their operations makes him an essential part of the SLCC Team for executing complex projects.

Reina has worked in both the public and private sector and came to us from the LA Dept. of Public Works.  Reina is a master at cutting through red tape and getting things done and has a proven track record of doing so.  Reina has a passion for in-patient construction projects and develops trust-based relationships with stakeholders, designers, and contractors to ensure tasks are not just being checked off a box but rather being completed with a wholistic result in mind.  Reina is an excellent Project Manager and an asset to any client team she works with.

Kaci Stewart

Kaci works as a Project Engineer in the in-patient environment, helping to keep all parties in line with project scopes and schedules, and communicating with end users and caregivers to ensure projects move forward with the proper notification to affected areas and departments.  Kaci is adept and understanding the Client’s systems and facilitating quick processing of all financial documentation including Contracts, PO’s, Invoices, and other critical budgetary and financial documentation.  Kaci’s broad skillset lends itself well to working with different clients to streamline their processes and keep their projects moving.

Tyler brings his discipline and experiences as a US Army Veteran to his tasks every day, working in the field to review Contractor progress and Infection Control procedures are being followed, ensuring efficient construction progress and patient safety.  Tyler is also skilled at budgetary and financial processes, keeping all projects up to date and efficient from the perspective of billings and documentation.  Tyler’s military-derived work ethic drives him to deliver exceptional results for all our clients and their critical projects.
