SLCC combines cutting-edge technology with old-world values to deliver great projects. SLCC provides a full range of services from Pre-Construction Services, Conceptual Estimating, Design Assist, Design/Build, General Contracting, and Construction Management.
The act of building is not that complex, it’s the people that make things complicated. The challenge lies in how well a project team unites to identify, address and mitigate not only problems but also the day-to-day coordination and communication challenges we all face. Not too many years ago the world’s commerce was conducted based on a handshake and the profound trust in a person’s word. Although the world has moved past a handshake deal, and lengthy contracts reign supreme, we still apply the traditional approach of delivering on our promises and commitment to the people and not the sale. SLCC delivers technically challenging projects. This can be defined in various ways from a very aggressive construction schedule, heavy infrastructure projects, to projects that if executed incorrectly can cause harm. Success in this arena is a function of solid process, scripting, technical expertise, communication, and team alignment.
