With over 17+ years of continuous healthcare experience working in dozens of hospitals and clinics in Southern California, we know the unique challenges OSHPD, infection control, and patient/staff safety plays into the successful execution of projects. Approximately 80% of our experience has been in OSHPD 1 facilities, ranging from OR renovations, radiology upgrades, cath lab’s, central plant upgrades, HVAC replacements, and pharmacies. The remaining 20% has been in OSHPD 2, 3, and 5 facilities. These projects range from assisted living, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, and behavioral health facilities.
